About KetoFitly

Keto is simple. The shopping is not.

The diet itself fits on an index card. Keep carbs low, eat enough protein, get your fat from real food, drink your electrolytes. That part you can learn in an afternoon.

Then you walk into a store, or open a shopping app, and everything falls apart. Forty almond flours, half of them actually almond meal. Protein bars with three grams of net carbs on the front and maltitol in the ingredients. Electrolyte powders that are mostly sugar. Ketone meters sold cheap because the strips cost a fortune. The diet is not the hard part. Telling the good version of a product from the bad one is the hard part, and nobody sells you that skill.

That is what KetoFitly is for. We go through the categories a keto kitchen actually needs, work out what separates a product worth buying from one that just has keto on the label, and write it down in plain language.

What you will find here

Four sections, built around how a keto kitchen actually gets stocked. Kitchen staples for the flours, sweeteners, fats and fibers that low carb cooking runs on. Snacks and bars for the gap between meals, which is where most plans quietly fail. Supplements for the handful of things that genuinely drop when carbs do. Kitchen and testing gear for the tools that replace guessing with knowing.

Every listing tells you what to look for and what to avoid before it tells you where to buy. If the only honest thing to say about a category is that it does not matter much, we say that too.

How this site works

We do not sell anything. We do not hold stock, take payments, or ship boxes. Every product page here links out to a retailer, and if you buy something after clicking one of those links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our affiliate disclosure spells this out in full.

That model only works if you trust what we write, so a commission never buys a placement and never softens a criticism. Where a product has a real drawback, the drawback is on the page. Where a cheaper option does the same job, we say so, even when the cheaper option pays us less.

What we are not

We are not doctors, dietitians or your coach. Nothing here is medical advice, and keto is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant, on medication, or managing a health condition, talk to a qualified professional before you change how you eat.

We are also not evangelists. Keto works well for some people and poorly for others, and a site that only ever tells you it is wonderful is selling something. We would rather you eat well than eat keto.
