Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated 18 September 2026
KetoFitly is a participant in affiliate advertising programs. This page explains what that means, in plain language, so you know exactly how this site makes money before you click anything.
How we earn
Many of the products listed on this site link out to third party retailers. If you click one of those links and buy something, we may earn a commission from that retailer. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go to the retailer directly. You are never charged extra for using our links.
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We also participate in other affiliate programs and networks, and the same terms apply to those links.
How we choose what to list
We list products we believe are genuinely useful to people eating a ketogenic diet. A commission never buys a place on this site and never changes what we say about a product. Where we point out a drawback, that drawback is real.
We do not hold stock and we do not sell or ship these products ourselves. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own website, under their terms, their pricing, their shipping policy and their returns policy. Any question about an order, a delivery or a refund goes to that retailer, not to us.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability shown on the retailer's site are the only accurate ones. Anything you see here may be out of date by the time you read it. Always check the current price on the retailer's page before you buy.
Not medical advice
Everything on this site is general information about food, cooking and nutrition. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for it. A ketogenic diet is not appropriate for everyone, and supplements can interact with medication. If you are pregnant, taking medication, or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to how you eat.
Questions
If anything on this page is unclear, or you want to know whether a specific link is an affiliate link, just ask. The answer is almost always yes, and we are happy to say so.
