Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Bars
Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Bars
A couple of squares after dinner is what keeps a lot of people on plan long term. Sugar free bars have improved enormously in the last few years.
What to look for
- Stevia or monk fruit sweetened, or 85 percent cocoa and above with no sweetener at all
- Cocoa butter rather than palm or vegetable fat
- Inulin as fiber is fine in small amounts but causes bloating in larger ones
- Check summer shipping, since chocolate arrives melted more often than sellers admit
Good to know
Cocoa percentage is the fastest shortcut. Above 85 percent there is so little sugar left that the sweetener question largely stops mattering, and the bar costs less than most keto branded chocolate.
