Erythritol and Monk Fruit Sweetener Blend

Erythritol and Monk Fruit Sweetener Blend

Erythritol on its own tastes cool and slightly flat. Blended with a small amount of monk fruit extract it measures like sugar and tastes much closer to it, with no impact on blood glucose.

What to look for

  • A one to one blend so you can swap it straight for sugar by volume
  • Granulated for general cooking, powdered for frostings and cheesecake
  • No maltodextrin or dextrose filler, which quietly adds carbs
  • Monk fruit listed as an extract rather than a proprietary blend

Good to know

Erythritol can recrystallise as a baked good cools, which shows up as a slight crunch. Using the powdered version, or blending part of it with allulose, keeps the texture smooth.
